Before I started a regular yoga practice (rather, before I even set foot in my first yoga class) I thought "I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible," "I can't do yoga, I'm not thin enough," "I can't do yoga, I'm not an acrobat" and "I can't do yoga, I'm not strong enough." Everything I perceived to be yoga, I firmly declared I was not.
